As a founding advisor at Beacon Hill Strategy Group, Moni specializes in identifying high-impact opportunities, crafting actionable growth strategies, and building resilient business models that deliver sustainable competitive advantages.
Moni has been instrumental in guiding organizations through pivotal transformations. At IBM, as Vice President of Corporate Development, she was a key architect of the company’s transformation through M&A. She led strategy to integration on over 100 M&A transactions, driving a threefold increase in earnings per share and doubling the company’s market cap to position IBM as a $200 billion global software and services leader. She also managed the IBM Venture Capital Fund, fostering strategic investments and innovation.
At Valo Health, as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, Moni played a key role in building and scaling an AI-driven drug discovery company from concept to execution. She led strategy execution, business model innovation, corporate development, and fundraising efforts, helping secure over $520 million in capital.
Moni’s expertise spans industries and business stages. At McKinsey and Innosight, she advised over 100 Fortune 500 CEOs on growth, innovation, and M&A. She helped establish McKinsey’s M&A and Fast-Growing Tech practices, supporting clients through complex deals and IPO readiness. At Innosight, Moni co-led the life sciences practice, helping biotechs and healthcare companies achieve strategic growth and execute M&A.
Today at Beacon Hill Strategy Group, Moni leverages her global expertise, strategic acumen, M&A leadership, and hands-on experience in building an AI company to empower executives. Winston Larson

Winston Larson is a trusted advisor to executives, bringing over a decade of experience at the intersection of AI, business strategy, and transformative growth. As a founding advisor at Beacon Hill Strategy Group, he partners with leaders to craft and execute AI-driven strategies, navigate disruptive change, and make high-stakes decisions on innovation and investment.
Throughout his career, Winston has been at the forefront of AI strategy and implementation, gaining extensive hands-on experience in building AI-centric organizations. At Valo Health, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s AI-enabled drug discovery platform, leading strategy development, platform execution, and corporate development efforts. He spearheaded new AI-driven business models, executed three technology acquisitions and subsequent integrations into the AI platform, and played a key role in multiple fundraises to scale AI-enabled drug discovery.
Earlier, at Mass General Brigham’s Data Science Office, Winston helped pioneer AI deployment in clinical settings, forging high-impact partnerships with Nvidia and GE to integrate AI into real-world healthcare applications. His work accelerated Mass General Brigham efforts as a global leader in AI-driven clinical transformation, ensuring AI’s effective use in one of the world’s leading healthcare systems.
Winston began his career at Innosight, advising Fortune 500 companies on disruption innovation, new venture creation, and R&D platform strategies. Before his professional career, Winston studied at MIT, building a strong technical foundation. His ability to bridge cutting-edge AI research with executive decision-making makes him a uniquely effective advisor for organizations looking to leverage AI.
